Josh Brimhall. Director, Owner.

Josh Brimhall is an Arizona native and a graduate of ASU with a degree in construction from the school of engineering. After working in the construction industry for several years, Josh and a small group of investors purchased a handful of pawnshops in the valley. They grew the chain into the largest private pawn franchise in Arizona before selling them in 2016. Josh is a certified caregiver and is licensed as an assisted living home manager by the Arizona board of nursing. Josh is also an Eagle Scout. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, playing the piano, and spending time with his family. Josh is married and has two young children.

Bria Pfaff, Resident Care Coordinator

Bria grew up as the youngest of 8 in her family and has always had a passion for helping others from a very young age. 

Her career started working with special needs children providing respite care and habilitation therapy.

Bria has extensive experience in working with the elderly and is a certified nursing assistant. Bria is also an advocate for physical health and is certified as a physical therapy technician. She has coordinated safe and effective exercises for the residents to stretch and stabilize both upper and lower extremities weekly.

Along with physical health, Bria loves cooking and providing healthy meals to all residents in the house. She enjoys trying new recipes while including nutrition by adding protein, fiber, fat, and greens in the meals. Bria also enjoys including the residents in baking activities to help them feel more involved and promote creativity.

Taylor Mason. Co-owner.

Taylor’s eclectic professional career spans his own passions and interest. He has worked in the Restaurant & Hospitality industry as Executive Chef and General Manager; as a Managing Partner for an international Arabian horse farm, and currently as a Fine Home and Equine Estate Specialist with Sterling Fine Properties. His youthful enthusiasm and refreshingly different approach creates relationships built on loyalty, discretion and confidence. Taylor is married and has a young son.


Stephanie Walsh, the founder of Everyone’s Yoga AZ, guides residents in weekly chair yoga. Each class is geared towards the improvement of mobility, strength, flexibility, and mental health. Stephanie gets to know each resident’s needs so that she can modify exercises appropriately and accommodate their specific abilities. Stephanie makes sure that each class is more than a workout by getting to know the residents, having meaningful conversations, and creating an engaging upbeat atmosphere.
